If your campaign is active but the statistics tab blank then this means there is an issue with your Google Analytics tracking.
Our tracking API will only go live if it detects GA is installed on your page, If you are using some sort of third party plugin to install Google Analytics then this may be the issue.
Please understand that visitors are still being sent to your page as normal, they are just not registering with Google Analytics.
